COVID-19 UPDATE (September 7, 2020): Looking to gamble, or play poker, during COVID-19? All of San Diego County’s Indian Casinos are currently open but operating under reduced capacity and heightened saftey mesures due to the coronavirus. Masks and social distancing are mandated.

Most casino-hotels have ceased operation of buffets. Safe dining options vary.

For those jonesing to play poker during COVID-19, there are three options. Currently, Jamul Casino offers the option to play five-handed (socially distanced) or nine-handed games. The casino has stepped up disinfecting procedures and spread out tables.

Two card rooms–Seven Mile Casino and Ocean’s 11 Casino–have built open-air facilities in their parking lots. They’re open for business with mask requirments. Both also have added clear-plastic dividers between seats at poker tables.

Below, an overview of the San Degio Indian Casinos when they are–optimistically!–back at full capacity.
